Description: An original and luxurious nougat with the special and very recognizable flavour of Baileys liqueur. Baileys Nougat, has been made by combining a Baileys Ganache with caramelised Chocolate. These products have obtained such important recognitions as the Madrid Fusión 2015 Technological Innovation Award and have established themselves as the avant-garde of nougat.
Tasting Notes / Serving Suggestions: Serve on its own as a dessert, snack, and accompaniment to any dessert table or along with charcuterie, cheeses, crackers, etc.
Ingredients: White chocolate (34%) (sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, milk fat, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), cocoa butter, Baileys liqueur (17%) (milk cream, sugar, alcool, maltodextrin, dairy products, cocoa extracts and flavour, Irish whiskey, colorant: E-150b, emulsifier: E-471, acidity regulator: E-331) caramelized milk (skimmed milk, whey, sugar), sugar, glucose syrup, dark chocolate, couverture (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), inverted sugar, emulsifier: soya lecithin, preservative: potassium sorbate, flavours. Contains alcohol. May contain traces of nut, egg, gluten, and sulphites. Keep in a cool and dry place.
