Description: This popular Spanish varietal literally means "white leaf" and is prized for its signature smoothness and clean flavour profile. Freshly pressed and produced by one of the top olive oil producers in the world, this beautiful Spanish oil wins multiple prestigious awards year after year! It has already claimed 1st prize at this year’s Mario Solinas Quality Award. It is consistently one of our most popular extra virgin olive oils! Extremely pungent, this is the highest phenol oil in our Northern hemisphere collection. The high phenolic content and low FFA make this an extremely durable choice for cooking or consuming raw.
