Tasting Profile / Serving Suggestions: This year’s early harvest of the fragrant limited production Hojiblanca is floral with a green almond center and notes of melon. It is a complex, High Phenolic Olive Oil (HPOO) that is very fruity, with notes of stone fruit, sweet green tomato and savoury garden herbs. The finish is pungent with desirable, lingering szechuan pepper notes and astringency. A beautiful finishing oil for big dishes, - pasta, meats, roasted vegetables, and full-flavoured salads.
