Tasting Profile / Serving Suggestions: This year’s early harvest of the fragrant limited production Hojiblanca is a stunning example of this varietal. It is a complex, High Phenolic Olive Oil (HPOO) that is very fruity, with notes of green melon, tomato leaf and arugula. The finish is pungent with desirable pepper notes and astringency. A beautiful finishing oil for big dishes, - pasta, meats, roasted vegetables, and full-flavoured salads.
