Description: Produced in early May, this Frantoio - Leccino blend of two classic Italian varietals creates a wonderfully versatile olive oil with a balanced flavour profile that is appreciated by many palates.

Tasting Profile / Serving Suggestions: This year's Frantoio - Leccino, a blend of two classic Italian varietals, displays prominent tasting notes of cut grass, fresh cut herbs and malty notes. It is beautifully balanced and fragrant on the nose, and finishes with nice astringency and a lingering bitterness on the back end of the palate. This is a small batch production from a single estate comprised of fruity & early ripening Leccino and green Frantoio varieties.
