Description: This popular Spanish varietal whose name literally means "white leaf" is prized for its signature smoothness and clean flavour profile. This Early Harvest Hojiblanca from Australia's Boundary Bend is incredibly complex and is loaded with flavour, and is consistently one of our most popular extra virgin olive oils!     

Tasting Profile / Serving Suggestions: This is truly an exquisite and delicate Hojiblanca. It has an incredibly delightful and fruity nose. It is sweet, mild, and has a very rich, creamy mouthfeel. On the palate it presents fruity notes of banana, fig leaf and sun ripened tomato with a creamy confectionery centre. This variety is sure to please the palate. A beautiful finishing oil for delicate greens, steamed veggies, and fish.
