This year's Australian harvest presents an extremely complex example of the French Picholine varietal! It is a pleasant, rich, and versatile olive oil.

Tasting Profile / Serving Suggestions: Loaded with desirable pungency and herbaceous attributes, this robust Picholine displays green olive, savoury herb, and vegetal qualities. The finish is both desirably spicy and pungent with a pleasant lingering pepper sensation. This year’s Australian harvest presents an extremely complex example of the popular French Picholine varietal and has a high fruitiness score!
