Description: A full-flavoured artisanal Maple Syrup that is enhanced by the aging process in the wooden rum barrels. Aging the maple syrup in barrels that were previously used for rum allows for the complex flavours of the rum-soaked wood to transfer to the syrup, the flavours of the end result are divine and will impress the palate. Use with pancakes, crepes, French toast, cheese, fruit and in marinades with salmon, trout or pork! Try over ice-cream and in cocktails too!
NOTE: This maple syrup does not contain alcohol.
