Origin/Cuisine: Morocco, Tunisia, Libya.

Description: Chraime is a North African recipe/dish made using white fish with a tangy and spicy sauce made using tomatoes and hot smoked paprika. It is mostly made for Shabbat and other Jewish holidays because it could be prepared in advance. The name of the dish comes from the Arabic word for "hot".

Profile: Spicy, Smokey, Tangy. 

Serving Suggestions: Traditionally used with fish, stews, and with beef. This spice blend is great to use anywhere you want some smokey heat with multiple layers of flavour, depth, and complexity. 

Ingredients: Achaar Masala, Smoked Paprika, Chili, Turmeric, Granulated Garlic, Cumin, Pepper.
