Description: A rare example of a Spanish varietal that has been around since 1991. This newly discovered cultivar is a natural cross between the iconic Spanish Picual and Arbequina varieties. Our first harvest and example of this rare varietal this year is produced in Portugal and impresses the palate with its delicate flavours. Tasting Profile / Serving Suggestions: It is slightly sweet with its low bitterness score, delicate on the palate, and displays pleasant notes of green almond. It has a delightful fruity finish and also has one of the lowest FFA scores we’ve ever seen! A very versatile olive oil!
