Description: This popular Spanish varietal whose name literally means "white leaf" is prized for its signature smoothness and clean flavour profile. This Early Harvest Hojiblanca from Australia's Boundary Bend is incredibly complex and is loaded with flavour, and is consistently one of our most popular extra virgin olive oils!     

Tasting Profile / Serving Suggestions: Incredibly complex and delicate, this well-made Australian Hojiblanca is floral on the nose and displays prominent notes of both peach and parsley. This year’s early harvest Hojiblanca conveys distinct fruity and herbaceous qualities, and is creamy and approachable on the palate with no bitterness.
