Description: A rare example of a Spanish varietal that has been around since 1991. This newly discovered cultivar is a natural cross between the iconic Spanish Picual and Arbequina varieties. Our first harvest and example of this rare varietal this year is produced in Portugal and impresses the palate with its delicate flavours. Tasting Profile / Serving Suggestions: The Chiquitita has a sweet creamy almond center followed by delicate floral notes and brief, gentle peppery finish. Always a crowd pleaser. Its delicate profile makes it ideal for baking too!  A very versatile olive oil that is sure to please the palate!
