Tasting Profile / Serving Suggestions: The Favolosa/FS17 varietal consistently yields a full flavoured, robust olive oil. This season's harvest is no exception. This early harvest production is well-balanced and high in phenols. and has yielded a peppery, full-flavoured olive oil with notes of cut grass, fresh picked bitter greens, radicchio, garden herbs and tomato leaf. It is an excellent example of this Italian variety. Perfect for big dishes, roasts, grilled meats, and for those who enjoy bold and big flavours.
