Tasting Profile / Serving Suggestions: This year's Frantoio - Leccino, a blend of two classic Italian varietals, displays a beautifully soft fragrant nose. It is malty, creamy and displays notes of green apple and savoury herbs. On the palate, there is a delayed bitterness and lingering pungency. This beautiful field blend of two classic Italian varietals makes for a truly unique olive oil. Flavour notes include green apple and dandelion greens. Well balanced and loaded with truly unique flavours. Both classic Italian varieties shine in this Chilean harvest.
