Carefully selected organic black Kalamata Olives are toasted to bring out essential oils to enrich the taste of Flor de Sal d'Es Trenc. The characteristic flavour of these olives adds a new dimension to Mediterranean dishes like tomato and mozzarella salad. It also works well with white fish, roast and grilled meats. Serving Suggestions: Sprinkle sparingly as a finishing salt over sliced ripe tomatoes, mozzarella or bocconcini, grilled meats, and potatoes. Try sprinkling over baked white fish for a unique experience. A little goes a long way!
