Description: An incredible salt condiment made with delicate "fleur de sel" from the Es Trenc region of Mallorca in Spain, and toasted Black Kalamata olives. Carefully selected organic black Kalamata Olives are toasted to bring out essential oils to enrich the taste of Flor de Sal d'Es Trenc. The characteristic flavour of these olives adds a new dimension to Mediterranean dishes like tomato and mozzarella salad. It also works well with white fish, roast and grilled meats. A great way to elevate the flavours of your dish! A small pinch, is all you need!

Serving Suggestions: Sprinkle sparingly as a finishing salt over sliced ripe tomatoes, mozzarella or bocconcini, grilled meats, and potatoes. Try sprinkling over baked white fish for a unique experience. A little goes a long way!
