Tasting Profile / Serving Suggestions: This aged Balsamic Vinegar is amazingly complex, with rich layers of authentic espresso and dark roasted coffee. It makes a fantastic glaze or barbeque base for pork, beef or chicken. A great marinade for red meats. Add a shot to an “affogatto float” for added depth and flavour: affogato (which means ‘drowned’ in Italian) refers to a scoop or two of vanilla ice cream drowning in a couple of shots of espresso coffee. Pairs well with root vegetables, legumes, and also simply sliced avocado! An exciting, healthier, low-sodium substitute for soy sauce when eating sushi!
