This early harvest Chilean Frantoio displays prominent notes of granny smith apple skin with floral characteristics and a savoury green tarragon like finish. This incredibly complex oil has minimal bitterness and is an exceptional example of the Frantoio variety. A variety that is rarely seen unblended.
