Description: An incredible salt condiment made with delicate "fleur de sel" from the Es Trenc region of Mallorca in Spain, and Shiitake, Horn of Plenty, and porcini mushrooms. Carefully selected forest mushrooms combine in this organic seasoning along wiht the clean taste of Flor de Sal d'Es Trenc. The characteristic flavour of these mushrooms in this organic seasoning salt pair especially well with mushroom and game dishes, but it can also be used for seasoning during cooking.
