Tasting Profile / Serving Suggestions: This Sherry Reserva Premium DOP 25 year aged Wine Vinegar is carefully selected from the finest vinegars, then aged in oak barrels for 25 years. It is a cask-aged DOP Spanish Sherry wine vinegar is very complex with an array of aromatic compounds. It is both sweet and acidic, well balanced, and with a sharp and robust flavour. On the palate you you will be presented with notes of caramel, spicy vanilla, raisins, and almonds. Use it sparingly in salads, stews, casseroles, and wherever strength and depth of flavour is desired. You can also add a splash to sauces, glazes, soups, Blend with any of our fresh Extra Virgin Olive Oils for a stunning vinaigrette!
