Tasting Profile / Serving Suggestions: This year’s harvest of the Californian Arbosana is sweet and slightly floral with a creamy mouth feel, pleasing pepperiness and flavour notes of banana and almond. Due to its delicate and soft nature, this harvest has produced a great baking oil to use with cakes, pastries, and cookies - perfect for confectionary applications. Also great with delicate salads and greens, and with white fish.
