Description: This popular Spanish varietal whose name literally means "white leaf" is prized for its signature smoothness and clean flavour profile. This Early Harvest Hojiblanca from Australia's Boundary Bend is incredibly complex and is loaded with flavour, and is consistently one of our most popular extra virgin olive oils!     

Tasting Profile / Serving Suggestions: This is truly an exquisite Hojiblanca. It has an incredibly delightful and fruity nose. It is sweet, mild, and has a very rich, creamy mouthfeel. On the palate it presents pleasant notes of sweet melon, tropical fruit, and creamy green almond. The finish is delicate with a pleasing amount of pepperiness. This variety is sure to please the palate. A beautiful finishing oil for delicate greens, steamed veggies, and fish.
