Description: A classic green olive tapenade made from the Halkidiki olive varietal. Produced from the Halkidiki olive varietal grown in the northern province of Greece by the same name, this olive tapenade is made with organically cultivated olives and is blended with organic extra virgin olive oil, organic balsamic vinegar, organic garlic, and oregano to create a bright, refreshing, and vegetal olive spread. An ideal spread to use over crusty breads and crackers, and with crudites. Pairs well with fish, meats, in pasta sauces, or just with oil and simply tossed pasta. This tapenade is certified organic, is Vegan, and is non GMO.
For prolonged freshness it's packed in a glass jar, and should be refrigerated after opening.
