Description: A unique blend of sumac, salt and pepper to create a tangy freshness with any dish where you would normally use lemon. Traditionally used with grilled meats, as a garnish for dips, in salads, and sprinkled over rice.
Fun facts: The name sumac means “red” in medieval French, Latin, and Syrian languages. In addition to popular use as a spice, sumac was used to tan hides and is sometimes referred to as tanner’s sumac. This is a great substitute in dishes where you would normally use lemon.

Serving Suggestions: Traditionally used with grilled meats, as a garnish for dips, in salads, and sprinkled over rice. It can however, be used for much more and in any dish where a unique blend of tangy, and sour is desired.
