Ingredients:
SUMMER TRUFFLE SALT • 30g
Fine table salt from Camargue, summer truffle 2% before dehydration (Tuber Aestivum), aroma. Product subject to dehydration. Store in a dry place.
MUSTARD with SUMMER TRUFFLE • 30g
Mustard with vinegar 54,5%, water, colza oil, crack of truffle 3% (Tuber Aestivum), corn starch, aroma. Contains sulphites. Once opened, keep refrigerated
SUMMER TRUFFLE INFUSED HONEY • 40g
Acacia honey 96.6%, summer truffle pieces (Tuber Aestivum), flavour. Store in a cool dry place.
PESTO with SUMMER TRUFFLE • 30g
Artichoke bottoms, chick peas, culinary preparation based on summer truffles and white truffle breakings flavour 7,5% (Tuber Aestivum truffle breakings 75%, cooking juice, water, salt, flavouring), extra virgin olive oil, preparation based on olive oil and truffle flavour (extra virgin olive oil 99%, truffle flavour), salt, pepper. After opening, keep in a cool place and consume quickly.
