The producer adds some slices of white truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico) to this extraordinary sea salt and the result is a versatile condiment, excellent to season all your cold and warm dishes, such as pasta, risotto, eggs, omelettes, meat fillets, barbecue steaks, meat carpaccio, fish tartare, cheese potatoes, salads, vegetables, sushi and foie gras.
