Description: A limited batch of carefully selected olive varieties from a single estate in Peru. This year’s Peruvian Estate Reserve is a single estate crush made from several unique varieties: Koroneiki (the dominant varietal), Picual and the Picholine, all picked simultaneously and crushed together. It displays pronounced notes of green banana, tomato leaf and baking spice. The creamy center is followed by an intense pepper and fleeting bitterness. A well-balanced and versatile olive oil.
