Tasting Profile / Serving Suggestions: This is truly an exquisite Hojiblanca. It has an incredibly delightful and fruity nose. It is sweet, mild, and has a very rich, creamy mouthfeel. On the palate it presents pleasant notes of stone fruit, tomato leaf and green almond. The finish is delicate with a pleasing amount of pepperiness and minimal bitterness. This variety is sure to please the palate. A beautiful finishing oil for delicate greens, steamed veggies, and fish.
