Another season of anticipation has come to fruition as we receive the first of the New Harvest Oils from the South Hemisphere producing regions of Chile and Australia. Seeking out the freshest oils from both hemispheres allows us to take advantage of opposite harvest seasons and the resulting fresh oils two times each year! This season's yield includes a stunning Hojiblanca, the classic Arbequina, the robust Favolosa/FS17 and Coratina varietals, and the smooth Frantoio-Leccino.
