Description: A first-time offering at The Olive Oil Emporium: a limited batch of the rare Lentrisca varietal. Native to Portugal, this varietal is rarely seen outside of its production area. It is usually blended with other varieties, but here we present the Lentrisca in its purest form.
Tasting Profile / Serving Suggestions: This year’s harvest presents the palate with notes of asparagus and with the pleasant pungency of arugula. It is astringent and complex. A great olive oil that works well with both delicate and savoury dishes that are well-seasoned, with roasted meats and vegetables, with grilled meats, big protein-enriched salads.
