Another season of anticipation has come to fruition as we receive the first of the New Harvest Oils from the South Hemisphere producing regions of Chile and Australia. Seeking out the freshest oils from both hemispheres allows us to take advantage of opposite harvest seasons and the resulting fresh oils two times each year! Throughout the year several Olive Oil Competitions and Contests are held around the world, with panels of international judges and experts, to assess them for their quality and uniqueness. We are pleased to add an Organic Balsamic Vinegar to our collection. Sourced from Modena, Italy, this IGP balsamic is cask-aged for up to 12 years using the Solera Method in wood barrels. No artificial or chemical fertilizers are used in its production. It contains NO preservatives, NO colours, NO caramel, NO thickening agents, and NO added sugars.
